Every year, the girls have season tickets to the shows of Celebrity Attractions at Robinson Auditorium in LR. For the last 5 years, we have met for dinner and headed to a show. It started with our friends, the Maxwells, and us. Over the years, we have added one more Maxwell and 7 children between us (Mel had two when we started). So now we are two grandmothers/moms, two daughters/moms, and two daughter-in-laws/sister-in-laws/moms. That is six all together. Confusing, isn't it?
To put it simply, Kristi and I grew up together and our moms are great friends. We started this new tradition to be able to stay in touch better along with a little "away time" for us. We have two sister-in-laws that we love and they are part of the mix, too. So there you have it.....a fun tradition that I hope lasts a long time!
The show "The Pajama Game" was tonight. We had dinner at a neat restaurant along with lots of catching up and laughs.....
