Day One- The Magic Kingdom!

Here is my attempt to chronicle our trip. Just get ready- I narrowed the pictures from 300 to about 30! It is a little lengthy, but I just couldn't do it any other way! Enjoy!

We were up early and ready to hit the ground running for our first day...... We even got to the park before it opened and watched the opening show.

First thing- Dumbo! O couldn't wait to get on this ride...
Next, the carousel...one of her favorites.

We also hit Peter Pan and "It's a Small World" before heading to Alice's Tea Cups.

O chose the pink one..... of course.

Paul started turning the wheel....faster and faster.....we were spinning pretty fast...
Pure joy..round and round.....this expression of joy is priceless! We also saw a parade or two. Paul's shoulders came in handy....
Lunch at the Crystal Palace with Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore. The token picture opportunity as we walked to Tommorrowland to try to find Buzz.

We found Buzz!

We visited Buzz Lightyear for her cousin, Kel. You can see the excitement on her face. She even told Buzz that her cousin Kel said "hi". We think that Buzz said to tell him "hi", too, but since he doesn't talk, we aren't sure..... The Speedway Race Cars- O was the official driver.
Aladdin's Magic Carpets.... And we just couldn't leave without seeing the stars- Mickey and Minnie!

As we were leaving the park, there was a small area by the gate announcing the release of Pinocchio on DVD for the first time and Pinocchio was standing there, too!! One last character before we headed out...I love her expression!

What a day!! We opened the park and we didn't leave until after dark. O was great! She spent most of the day in awe....I loved watching her expressions.....It amazes me how "magical" this place really is.
