Today we had a playdate with some friends while O was at preschool. The babies are getting more and more independent everyday....Today they still had a hard time letting go of me and playing, but eventually they did great. AK found a big wheel and tried it out...
Three little boys live at this house, so WP loved the toy closet. He ran around with armloads of trucks and cars. Poor thing...we have some trucks around here, but the baby dolls outnumber the trucks quite a bit!
After the babies started playing, they didn't want to leave. It was nice to sit and watch them play! After we got home, I realized they have learned a new term-"mine". They were saying "mine" for their spoon.....they wanted to feed themselves their applesauce. Bad choice on my part.....
It soon became a game....
Self- fed child = big mess!
