Just get ready- lots of pictures to come......
We started the weekend at the Annual Easter Egg Hunt in Monticello.
This is always so much fun- for the kids and the parents. I remember doing this hunt when I was little. That is how long it has been around......it is fun to go home and see my children enjoy some of the same special activities I did as a child!
First was a great magic show. Kel and O had front row seats!
Then it was time for the big hunt.....waiting to get started!
The babies lined up, too!
Ready, set, go!WP knew what he was after-
AK got the hang of it really quick.
Look at O's basket full of eggs. She didn't need any help!
The only problem- one of the first eggs WP found was full of chocolate. That was it- he was done- he found chocolate and considered his mission accomplished. He sat down right there beside his basket and ate his chocolate while the others kept going.
A surprise visitor!!

ON our way in to have some lunch, WP thought he might like the bunny....
but wasn't so sure....
we tried to get AK to join in, but they weren't having it!
O had lots of prizes in her eggs and won one of the grand prizes!
After getting home and having naps, the babies enjoyed playing in their own bowl of eggs!
AK got the hang of it really quick.

Gramps did a great job of grilling out for us and Gran Bet gave all the kids their Easter baskets from her.
