Today we visited Pop at work. O loves to visit Pop's office and often gets to "work" while she is there. We were there for a retirement reception for Pop. As of June 30, 2008, Pop will have a new job....full-time grandparent. After 32 years, I think he deserves some time off. (He's not retiring completely, he will still have court!!)
O beside her artwork she drew for Pop's door.
Pop and the crew! Who knows....one of these might be sitting at a desk like his one day!
At the reception.....
The family
AK with the Attorney General. So young and already friends with the big guys!
O got right to work!

Pop is a huge fan of baseball, so this gift was perfect! This is a custom made, personalized bat for Pop given to him by his office staff.
This quilt was made by a lady in Pop's office. Everyone wrote a message on it. You can even see the pictures on it, too. Under them it lists "Reason #1 for retiring" with O's picture. "Reason #2 for retiring" is a picture of the twins. It is such a neat keepsake.
After the reception, we were loading up and WP escaped.....
He was making his own little party under the table!!
Congratulations, Pop!! We are so proud of you and can't wait to see you more!
