Nan and Pop were visiting us tonight and we looked outside the front door.......there was white stuff on the ground!
We got O out of the bathtub to come and see it. Here she opened the front door, wet hair and all and threw up her hands....she couldn't believe it! She said "It really must be Christmas time if it is snowing." She has been asking when it was going to snow, because, as she says, "If its Christmastime, is has to snow, all the songs say so." So there you have it....Christmas through a child's eyes. 
After all of the excitement, we got started on our gingerbread house and was it ever a family project! I never knew a gingerbread house was so involved! Paul and Pop were responsible for getting the house built....
and the girls were responsible for decorating it.
O really got into decorating!!
